Preparation
Take the pizza dough out of the fridge, dust with flour and turn out of the packaging. Dust the dough with flour again and press into a 5mm-thick flatbread or roll out with a rolling pin.

Cut 1 cm wide strips with a pizza cutter and then twist three to four times to form a spiral. Place the spirals on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spray lightly with water and sprinkle with coarse salt. You can of course add spices to suit your taste. Bake for around 12-16 minutes in a preheated oven at 230°C top and bottom heat.

Our tip - goes perfectly with hummus and dried tomato tapenade.
